职位描述
Principal Accountabilities
1. Provide comprehensive business/sales analysis and consulting to the RT & MFS sales management team
2. Consolidate and analyse all sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly..) and marketing data (competition, distribution, products, markets…
-Develop the RT sales dashboard to timely monitor sales trend and results (by region/account/product category…)
-Identify the gaps, investigate the root cause, and propose solution alternatives
3. Interview stakeholders to obtain business and process requirements and develop business and process documents to sales team
4. Execute month end analysis, and contribute to planning, forecast, trend analysis as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the PLCN RT &MFS business.
5. Co-lead the new projects and cross business lines projects (sales related) - including the business cases development and processes engineering.
6. Co-lead sales teams integration projects to improve the team and business efficiency.
7. Lead and manage the sales operation activities
8. Contract management for direct fleets
9. Claim management, customer satisfaction
10. Rebate dispute management
11. Sales supports by coordinating with legal, supply chain, logistics, and customer service…
1. A university degree, MBA degree considered a plus
2. 5-10 years work experience, preferably with business analyst and/or sales experience
3. Knowledge of BI tools, Excel and PPT;
4. Strong customer focus, project management and very good communicative skills
5. Excellent analytical skills and feel for numbers
6. Team player, Hands on approach and pro-active method of working
7. Fluent in English both written and spoken, Flexible mentality
