The qualified candidate is expected to perform the following in the 3-6 months internship program:
To provide the Sr Regional Brand Manager and Regional Marketing Director assistance in all marketing activities.
Carry out several tasks to participate and support as well as take on assigned tasks independently in planning and implementing campaign programs.
At then end of the program submit a full report on the project assigned.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Providing assistance in terms of back-end logistics to regional marketing events
Maintaining project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars.
Providing administrative aid for various projects related to market, which includes project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos.
Serving as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.


Required Education and Experience
Able to communicate very well in spoken and written English
Diploma from a university, graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably a marketing degree (recent graduate).
Or , is currently enrolled in undergraduate 3-4 year business course preferably in marketing.

Key Competencies
Well built skills in communication, organization, prioritization and time management.
Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence.
Self-driven and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail.
Attention to every information and accuracy in performance.
Highly self-motivated.

Will be assigned to report directly to the Lipitor Sr Regional Brand Manager
