POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT:
1. Responsible for Reporting Development,System Improvement and New System SET-UP
2. Leading Sales and Stock Related Reporting work, in support of strategic decision making
3. Manage the Inventory planning, follow and forcast stock situation
4. Ensuring high quality Database
5. Playing the co-ordinator role with other departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Excellent analysis and problem solving skills;
2. Expert working knowledge of in Data & Reporting area, at least 5 Years;
3. Capable of handling and controlling enormous data from different data source;
4. Able to hold system emergency situation;
5. Manage the Demand and Inventory planning in collaboration with other teams and partners;
6. Strong knowledge of BI Systems and practices
7. Significant experience in New Reports and System Setting up;
8. Extensive experience in the IT filed, Purchasing , Supply Chain;
9. Good Negotiation and Communication stills
10. Strong personality that can manage difficult discussion;
11. Significant experience in supervision and direction of team members;
REQUIRED PROFILE:
1. Bachelor degree above, must have 5+ years' experience in analytical, statistical or numeric role. Experiences in Cosmetics industry are preferred.
2. Demonstrated aptitude in analysis, math or statistics.
3.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA and SQL Server is a plus.
4. Strong oral and written communication and ability to collaborate well with colleagues in multiple functional areas
5. Have a good sense of responsibility and professionalism, ability to work under pressure
6.Fluent English in both oral and written, French is a plus
