I. Job Objectives:
To support sales and supply chain functionalities via customer order process and inventory management. Work close with 3PL distribution center to execute customer delivery and customer claim handling. Improve process and KPI from order to cash.
II. Key Result Areas:
Kay Result Areas Performance Measures
1. Order Process and Delivery Tracking 60% ? Good communication with sales team to make sure orders are received correctly
? Accurate and timely sales order process in system from booking to invoice
? Good operation in ISIS or Other ERP system
? Work closely with logistic team to allocate inventory on order
? Work closely with planner to control order is released under sales forecast
? Work closely with 3PL to make sure orders are delivered on time with cost efficiently
? Follow delivery to customer on time and accurate, and timely resolve delivery issues with 3PL
? Resolve customer claims or handle sales requirement and balance with logistic cost
? Ad hoc issue handling with flexibility and efficiency
2. Inventory Management and
Reconciliation 10% ? Make sure ISIS order invoice and goods return is the same as 3PL physical goods movement
? Manage inventory under different status, for example ,Quarantine, damage, outstanding, reservation, etc. And make sure orders are booked under correct inventory status.
? Reconcile manual order with actual inventory
? Reconcile ISIS inventory and 3PL WMS inventory, no gap is allowed
3. Logistic Reports 10% ? Strong Excel capability in statistic and reporting function
? Standardize report template according to sales or team requirement
4. Process Improvement 10% ? Optimize current process to improve efficiency
? Standardize process and follow up adjustment
? Good communication with cross function
? Ready to learn and Teamwork spirit
? Positive working attitude and result orientation
5. People Management 10% ? Lead regional CSR team 5-6 person
? Set TRAC and follow up with action plans
? Guide team member through the whole order to cash process
IV. Key Relationships:
? Internal Working Relationships : Logistics,Sales,Finance,Marketing,TradeMarketing
? External Working Relationships : Customers,Distributors,3PL warehouse
V. Competencies:
? Analytical and Detail-minded with strong reporting skills
? Ready to change and learn new things
? Good communication and team work spirit
? Able to work under pressure and take challenge to suport business fast development
VI. Education:
? Secondary eduction with training in shipping and business operation.
VII. Experience:
? At least 2-3 years experience in order processing, customer service and inventory management.
? FMCG, Distribution Center, and Customer Center is prefered.
