职位描述：
工作职责
1. 协助部门总监处理日常工作和部门内务，以及按时完成上级交待的任务。
2. 有效的贯彻执行公司政策和流程，以及准备部门各种会议与会议记录。
3. 负责本部门与其他部门的协调工作，以及传达通知、通告等文件。
4. 负责团队预算和日常数据维护和分析，跟进系统相关沟通和数据报告。

职位要求
1. 优秀的英语听说读写能力；
2. 较强Excel和数据分析处理能力，有财务背景优先；
3. 工作积极主动，具有良好的计划条理性和表达沟通能力；
4. 良好的团队合作精神。

薪酬待遇
待遇从优，可面谈。


Job Description
1. Assist functional head with daily routine and departmental issues, finishing the allocated tasks on time;
2. Implement company’s policy and procedure effectively, support arranging departmental meetings;
3. Coordinate and communicate with other departments;
4. Responsible for the team budget and data management, follow up the related communication and analysis report.

Requirement
1. Proficiency in English;
2. Excellent data master ability, financial background preferred;
3. Initiative worker, systematic planner and effective communicator;
4. Good team player
