Principal Accountabilities:
1. Optimize warehouse storage method, warehouse operation process, transportation solution to achieve balance of service level and cost.
2. Be responsible for warehouse storage capacity long term and short term planning.
3. To reduce cost and improve service level, assess and optimize the existing solution to achieve continuously improvement.
4. Design solution according to new service requirement from commercial. Provide study of opportunity, feasibility, and cost.
5. Lead or participate Logistics related project. Be responsible for the cross team (SC, sales, IT, etc) communication on behalf of Logistics during the project.
6. Lead new solution implementation with operation team to ensure it is successfully deployed. Adjust the solution if necessary during the process.
7. Study new service standard or Logistics referential from Michelin Group. Train local operation team and follow the standard precisely.
8. Familiar logistics related system (Oracal, Covisint, M3P, etc) operation process and system function to support business analysis.
Key Qualities Required:
1. Logistics techniques - warehouse
2. Logistics techniques - transportation
3. Project management
4. Knowledge of supply chain
5. Plans approach and management control
6. Cost analysis
Qualifications:
1. University Level, or above
2. Practical experience:
a. >8yr logistics engineer experience
b. Project management capability
c. Leadership, good communication
d. Fluent in English
