Job Duties:*
- Manage operations of HK and Mainland China Shared Service Accounting Team (General Ledger, AP, AR, Payments, Tax) (potentially in future Japan and South Korea)
- Handle internal and external audit (statutory and IFRS) across Mainland China, HK Responsible for all tax matters and tax reporting across HK, Mainland China
- Responsible for transfer price guidelines
- Support Finance Director in Shared Service Organization set up
Education and qualification required:
- Accounting degree; CPA
Experience required:
- Overall minimum 10-12 years of experience within Big 4 & Corporate
- Preferred, if at least 2-3 years in either audit section of a big four company.
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge
- Leadership experience (subordinates)
- Fluent in English
- PPT and Excel skills are required
Special skills, mental/personality requirements:
- Very good communication skills and good English skills
- Readiness to travel within Greater China
- Strong leadership mentality
- Good team player and collaborative mentality
