职位描述：

1. 根据促销推广重点，包括渠道深化、渠道开拓、价格政策、促销的产品品种（包括新产品），促销品率和促销预算，针对区域销售提交的促销活动计划，进行组织、监控执行质量，进行成效评估的检讨。

2. 详细评估区域促销活动，包括培训、组织安排、监控核查、费用控制、效果评估等工作。

3. 负责全国性促销活动中涉及的区域活动，监控执行，并进行成效评估和检讨。

4. 收集整理及分析促销活动中的有关市场信息，以使促销活动的评估与总结分析更为有理有据。

5. 搜集相关市场信息，包括竞争对手和区域的行销数据情况，按期提交报告。

6. 负责区域的生动化建设和资源管理，监管促销物品合理有效的使用；

7. 负责导购项目的事实与推进，合理使用导购资源。
