Job Scope
a)Coordinates with the factory mold teams, Deckers Mold Manager and Development teams to ensure all mold/tooling milestones are met in a timely manner.
b)Cataloguing, scheduling and documenting development and production blueprints.
c)Assists Mold Manager and Development teams in coordination with accredited moldshops to create workable mold blueprints and gauges for development molds. Overall documentation and record keeping for all molds of each Deckers brand.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a reputable footwear company preferably in the mold field.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Intermediate knowledge of footwear mold manufacturing processes.
- Good verbal and written English communication skill.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word (CAD/CAM knowledge a plus).
- College graduate or footwear technical school graduate.
