Major
Responsibilities

l Serve
as business partner to provide sales operation support to the whole instrument
and service selling process.

l Support
sales team to conduct sales funnel management on instrument/service sales, to better
track sales progress and drive sales forecast accuracy.

l Own
contracting process for instrument sales, including sales contract preparation,
contract review and documentation.

l Work
closely with external customers and internal supply chain/finance/service teams
to manage order, payment, customer clearance, delivery and installation process
for instrument.

l Work
closely with IT team to ensure Salesforce.com well support instrument/service
selling process. Responsible to maintain relevant master data and record
transactions in Salesforce.com.

l Proactively
seek process/system improvement opportunities and own the implementation.

l Proactively
conduct analytics based on the data generated from sales operation process to
help identify business risk/opportunities, and propose solutions.

l Take
the tasks assigned by the line manager as per business needs.

Requirements

l Bachelor
or above degree in science, engineering, management or medical disciplines

l Detail-oriented

l Logical
thinking with process rigor

l Good
interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit

l Fluent
Chinese and English – both written and oral

l 2+
years working experience in relevant positions from medical device/life science
industry is a plus

l Strong
analytical mindset with hands-on skills is a plus
