3.负责重要任务跟办事项

要求：
1.大专以上学历，普通话标准，有亲和力
2.能熟练应用OFFICE办公室软件
3.反应灵活，有团队合作精神
4.具有主动学习精神，愿意从事行政工作

客服

岗位要求：
1、普通话标准流利，声音甜美；
2、电脑操作熟练，能很好的使用办公软件（WORD,EXCEL等）；
3、服务意思强，耐心，处理问题灵活；
工作描述：
1、负责接听公司客服来电，解答客户疑问；
2、处理客户信息及客户数据的维护。
