CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop business processes required for supply chain expansion (60%):
- Design and refine business processes for product deployment in expanded supply chain network; processes include selecting SKUs and inventory allocation across warehouses
- Develop reporting and analytical tools to help business teams deliver responsive supply chain
- Analyze and review effectiveness of newly defined business processes and refine as needed
- Provide business input into supply chain network design
- Work with Allocations team to develop business transition plan for warehouse and system transition period
- Work with internal Technology and Operations teams to identify solutions for challenges business face in supply chain network
Drive two-way communication between Business and Operations teams (30%):
- Link Allocations and Operations teams to ensure smooth movement of inventory between warehouse locations
- Facilitate workshops that involve business processes
- Frequent touch base with Business and Operations teams to gather feedback for supply chain network expansion
Manage Responsiveness workstream deliverables and timelines (10%):
- Track workstream weekly progress and ensure workstream delivers against scheduled milestones
- Communicate budget requirements to leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
? Strong passion in brand and willing to develop career in supply chain
? Excellent communications skills
? Strong logical reasoning to evaluate challenges and propose solutions
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully
? Ability to work in a matrix organization with different stakeholders
? Self-driven individual and willing to learn
? Bachelor degree or above, overseas studying experience preferred
? Good English both oral and written, excellent Microsoft office skills
? Combination of supply chain and retail experience in fast moving consumer goods industry preferred
