职位描述

Overview:
? To provide project management support on localization programs, between Procurement and the Operations.

Principle Accountabilities:
? Support sustaining/ongoing material performance initiatives (estimated 20% effort).
? Ensure specific localization project information has been transferred throughout the commodity organization, i.e., project scope, target costs, specifications and drawings, in a way that can be understood and acted upon by the commodity organization.
? Assist the localization project team in achieving the overall project objectives.
? Ensure program status sheets are updated weekly and included in monthly activity reports.
? Provide purchasing support to program manager at project meetings (If required).
? Ensure engineering has informed appropriate commodity buyers of project scope; prepared project brief; supplied specifications and drawings, synthetic and target costs as required to formulate an RFQ.
? Manage localization programs with the commodity buyers against program timescales, i.e., cost, time, quality.
? Provide purchasing support for C2C review meeting (If required).
? Promote purchasing strategy and procedures at C2C level, ensuring consistency across all projects.
? Provide feedback to the commodity organization on any performance issue of the supply base that may have been experienced by product teams.
? Assist commodity organization in attaining Operation’s support on new performance initiatives, highlighting to senior management any roadblocks and obtain resolutions.
? Provide and maintain communication link between the Operation and commodity organization with regards to forward program issues.
? Assist the Operations with costing exercises and customer quotations requiring purchasing involvement.
? Coordinate with Materials Manager to ensure implementation of material performance programs

Education/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master degree is preferred.
? 4+ years experience in Program Management from a multinational company, localization management experience is a plus.
? Good English both in writing & oral.
? Manufacturing/Engineering experience is a plus.
? Experience with managing new product introductions
