Location: Zhenjiang

Function: Industrialization

Overview:

- Responsible for introduction of New Process (Production Line) and Major Engineering/Process Change and make sure all processes are “CAPABLE” and able to achieve defined Cycle Time.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Define Process Flow Chart

- Define Layout Planning (Include Process, Raw Material, WIP and FG Flow)

- Define PFMEA

- Prepare MTM Analysis (Standard Work)

- Introduction of necessary Error Proofing Techniques

- Introduction of Ergonomics

- Tooling and Jigs/Fixtures Development.

- Machine Specification Development.

- Trial Run and Commission New Production Line to make sure achieve Capability and Run at Rate.

- Develop Work Instructions (WI).

- Develop Packing Standard

- Process Capacity and Capability Monitoring (SPC and OEE)

- Prototype/Sample Building and work with Engineering to define Process Specification/Tolerancing

- Train and make sure operator comply to Standard Work as defined

Education/Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years working experience in Process Development especially from automotive industry with MNC background.

- Well verse on TS16949 Requirements

- Able to communicate well in English (Spoken/Written/Listen) and Mandarin.

- Good knowledge in Machine Control (PLC Control)

- Have good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Concept.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure condition

- Willing to travel around to support other site
