职位描述

Position: Finance Controller-Wuxi

Location: Wuxi

Report to: BU Manager, Dotted line to Division Finance Controller


Position Summary:

- Ensures effective financial control is in place and provides business advice and guidance to the Business Unit Manager and other members of the management team which will assist the Business Unit in achieving Group and Corporate goals.


Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

The incumbent ensures that:

- All assets are safe guarded.

- All Group, Segment and Corporate policies are adhered to.

- All systems are adequate to safe guard the assets and support proper financial reporting.

- -Internal controls are adhered to, maintained and upgraded where necessary.


Essential Functions:

- Set up, implement and maintain the Company's financial and accounting systems in accordance to the Group Policy and Accounting Procedures.

- Accurately prepare, analyze and timely submit financial reports to Corporate, Regional and China office.

- Understand, communicate, and implement Group and Corporate financial/control directives.

- Formulate annual budget and quality rolling forecast.

- Ensure integrity and good control over company operation and minimize business and financial risk.

- Responsible for SOX and internal control requirement, and continuously drive for improvement over identified weakness.

- Analyze Business Unit performance and other information, proactively recommend proposals for corrective actions, drive operations to improve in operational efficiency and control.

- Manage cash flow and credit policy, advise management on appropriate actions to minimize working capital.

- Oversee company Singapore accounting functions and ensure the compliance of Group Policy and Accounting Procedures.

- Liaise with Banks, external auditors, tax authorities, Government authorities, etc, ensuring ongoing and full compliance with local regulation and practice.

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- Other ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as necessary.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or related discipline.

- 5-8 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing operation, including 2-3 years in similar management role.

- Hands on person with initiative, analytical, good problem solving and communication skill.

- Qualified CPA, knowledge of local taxation and foreign exchange policy, familiar with US GAAP and SOX.

- Good command of English.
