职位描述
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
- Supervise positions include quality engineers, technicians and inspectors.
- Interface with functions such as Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inside and Outside Sales
- Interface with outside customers and suppliers on quality concerns.
Job Responsibility:
- Set and enforce quality standards
- Quality system qualification and compliance
- Coordinate quality system audit – both internal and external, and take effective corrective action accordingly.
- Reports and analyze monthly quality performance.
- Communicate quality concerns with internal functions, external customers.
- Authorize customer ATRs.
- Train engineers, operators, inspectors on Quality/Lean (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 6S, VSM …)
- Other tasks related to Lean and 6S as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree
- Min. 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in ISO 9001, TS16949 and other related quality systems
- Six Sigma green belt min.
- Good English skill
- Good communication skill

- Quality and on-time quality reports.
