职位描述
Position Summary:
- Responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to support company's business plan. Provide direction and recommendations based on Customer feedback, market trends and data analysis relating to products, advertising, markets, Strategic planning and acquisitions.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
- Leads an organization of sales to continuously meet customer expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for setting the strategic direction for all Chinese market sales programs. Through an extensive understanding of the Groups business plan, will utilize a disciplined approach to manage sales with product planning and divisional operations to meet customer expectations and group profitability expectations.
- Responsible for a team of motivated employees to manage the forecast within the industry. Will be proficient in understanding and promoting product applications within and across existing and new markets.
- Through leadership, establishes and maintains premier customer service at all times.
- Accountable for ensuring sales forecast align with operational requirements. Must have the ability to quickly identify changing customer requirements and follow through with corresponding strategies.
- Responsible for directing OEM, Account, Sales team and/or distributors to maintain or increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts/markets.
- Accountable for strategically seeking out and maintaining strong distribution channels and distributors to promote products for maximum market penetration. Manages the network to ensure maximum profitability for the Group. Pursues new business and partnering alliances. Recommend and makes appropriate changes where applicable.
- Promotes and encourages the development of people to insure leadership continuity.
- Reviews and rewards employees using Corporation Strategy Deployment to ensure they are consistently and competitivly competitively paid for attainment of results. Responsible for structuring incentive plans that motivate, challenge and reward the team within Corporate and Group structures.
- Constructs implements and controls the Group Field Sales annual sales business plans including promotional / advertising budgets and overall employee expenses. Also is a contributor to the Groups marketing plans developed by the Groups Marketing Executive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Science or Arts (preferably engineering related).
- 2-3 years field sales organization experience in the medical business with account responsibility servicing both OEM and distributor customers preferred.
- 8 years Product Sales manager experience.
- Knowledge of and exposure to related products.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
