职位概要：负责本公司产品的技术服务

工作职责：

1.服从上级的工作安排，按照上级制定的维修行程完成维修任务；

2.严格执行公司规章制度，严禁擅自主张；

3.对在维修任务中所发现的产品缺陷及配件质量问题，及时向上级及相关部门反映（以书面形式），以避免相同问题再次出现；

4.不断更新知识，提升维修技巧；

5.在没有外出任务时，协助部门经理及内勤人员做好客户报修记录、备件发放记录等；

6.上级布置的其它任务；

任职资格：

1.熟练掌握本公司产品的原理及特性，掌握本产品相关配套设施的使用、维修及问题的处理；

2.熟练使用各种维修工具；

3.对待工作热情、积极，忠于本职工作，善于发现问题并解决问题；
