Job Description:
1.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal parties to ensure on-time delivery and good order control
- Review Purchase Orders with suppliers timely
- Business trip is requested occasionally
- Handle customers' enquiries and be motivated to work on them
- Monitor WIP & foresee potential bulk problem
- Work closely with QC team/manager/suppliers/buyer to resolve production issue
2. Involved in sample development every season to ensure products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
3. Assist management to work on supplier/materials sourcing
4. Accessories lab-dips approval and system information updates
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirement:
- College or university graduated. Preferable in garment field or similar qualification.
- 6 years or above experiences in Buying/Trading office on garment fields for EU market.
- Woven material and Garment knowledge background are preferable. Experience in underwear/ swimwear field is a must. Work experience in fabric sourcing is definitely an advantage.
- Well organized, willing to work under pressure.
- Be proactive and self-motivated, team working spirit.
- Proficiency in Oral and Written English.
- Travel Requirements: Required for sample development and bulk controlling purpose.
