Job details:
As our Distribution Center (DC) Test Leader, you'll be responsible for DC systems test plan development and execution. Primary responsibility aimed at scheduling, performing, analyzing data and documenting validation test for system change and projects. Design testing scenarios and scripts with technical and business team. Plan and coordinate resources to ensure test result delivery on time. Document testing report and get confirmation from key functions. Driver test methodologies build up and improvement. Lead and train for test team development.

50% - Testing Management
? Align with GC Nike Technology, Global Value Chain Service and GC Distribution center team to plan testing road map and schedule appropriate timeline to fulfill related requirements
? Design test plans and test cases by translating business requirements, including integration, bug fixing, performance , deployment UAT, regression and solution testing
? Organizes and assign resource to execute tests, log and report defects to stakeholders, reproduce defects and verify fixes
? Update test case and plan based on requirements or user expectation change
? Optimization of current testing methodology to seek for productivity improvement
? Driver for root cause analysis during system development phase and provide technical advisory to related parties
       
15% - X-functions Relationship Management
? Work closely with distribution center team including warehouse operation, super user, lean team and understand business requirements and expectation, guide and deliver validated, comprehensive and solid testing result for them.
? Collaborate with team mates in the Nike tech team (local, EU and global VCS team) to align on services and approach to maximize value.
   
15% - Team Management
? Manage performance and development of team and individuals
? Ensure proper resourcing for projects and support.
? Ensure team members are receiving adequate development and training.
? Lead knowledge base setup and keep being up to date.
 
20% - Portfolio and Project Involvement
? Engage Logistics Technology Portfolio and project team to assist to setup testing plan and provide insight.
? Be involved by new GC logistics initiative and project in terms of Technology section, make sure efficient support on project deliverable on scope, schedule.
? Be involved by Global Technology project SIT/UAT for the Greater China Geography, understand the end user desire for new solution

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
? 4 years of work experience in IT, warehousing or a related field with at least 2 years of direct work experience in system and business testing (It will be a bonus to have experience of serving bulk distribution center or warehouse).
? 3 years team management experience for managing IT operation, strong skills in team leadership and building positive customer relationships.
? Proven ability and experience on IT knowledge (WMS/TMS/etc)
? Proven ability on warehousing knowledge and familiar to DC operation process.
? Proven ability to think strategically, and to communicate the strategy to a large organization, strong influencing skills and ability to interact with cross-function team and 3PL vendors
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Open minded and willing to take any challenge
? Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks
? Proven ability to turn strategy/business initiatives into reality solution and bring solutions to fit the business needs
? Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
? Capability to develop technology professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
? Willing to work in Nike China logistics Center which located in Taicang, Jiangsu province
