职位描述：
1. Understand business process and responsible for data architecture & analysis, providing business data insight to support business decision making.
理解业务流程和负责数据架构和分析，为业务决策提供有用的数据分析结果；
2. Convert business requirements to IT solution, co-work with business team and external vendor to implement IT projects.
将业务需求转化为IT解决方案，与业务部门及外部供应商实施IT项目；
3. Responsible for user requirements analysis, system tests and documents.
负责用户需求分析，系统测试和文档撰写；
4. Project management to ensure system delivery on time and with expected quality.
项目管理保证系统按时高质量交付；
5. Responsible for end-user training and first level on-going supports.
负责用户培训和第一级系统上线支持。

岗位要求
1. Bachelor, major in computer 本科学历，计算机相关专业;
2. Have FMCG company’s business processes understanding and 3-5 years experience on DATA analytics
    具备快速消费品公司的业务流程知识。
3. SAP & BW related knowledge and experience 具备SAP & BW相关知识和经验;
    MS-SQL database knowledge 具备MS-SQL数据库知识
4. BI software skills, i.e. SAP BO, Tableau etc. BI project implementation experience is a plus 具备商业智能项目实施经验
5. IT project management skills 项目管理能力
