？ Operation Management营运管理

1. Responsible for the regional issues about service and sales.
负责处理区域内店铺的服务和销售问题。
2. Achieve sales targets by executing monthly sales plan
达成美容经理设定的月度销售目标。
3. Drive the execution of promotion plan.
监控促销计划的严格执行。
4. Review and analyze the sales figures regularly, feedback the results to store management and BA manager.
周度、月度对销售数据进行回顾、分析，并反馈给店铺管理组和美容经理。
5. Know about latest promotional goods ordering status to prevent stocks-out
了解最新促销产品的订货量，减少积压库存。
6. Work with trading / vendors to consistently strive for new and creative methods of merchandising.
与采购部和供应商共同协作不断尝试新的有创造性的商品陈列方式。

？ Marketing Plan Implementation市场方案执行

1. Comply with promotion plan, lead the team to conduct store promotion activity.
按照计划，带领团队执行店铺促销活动。
2. Organize and make sure the road show go smoothly in stores, discuss and feedback accordingly with relevant departments afterwards.
组织配合店铺巡场表演的进行，并与相关部门进行有效的讨论及反馈以吸取经验。
3. Observe and confirm regional customer needs and promotional focus
观察顾客需求和判断推广重点。
4. Coach BA to identify and record loyal customers for building up own-brand image
培训美容顾问识别和培养忠实顾客，建立自有品牌的良好形象。

？ People Management人员管理

1. Responsible for the training and performance appraisal to promote the sales.
负责区域美容顾问的培训和绩效评估制度以有效地推广和控制销售活动。
2. Complete daily roster of BA to prevent insufficient manpower
监控区域美容顾问的排班以满足营运的需要。
3. Offer the monthly training to BA to ensure they can keep update with the product knowledge.
提供月度培训以确保美容顾问获得最新的产品知识和销售技巧。

Ⅲ. Qualifications 任职资格
1. Minimal one year experience in store operations; some training experience
至少一年店铺营运工作经验，具一定的培训经验。
2. Understands store merchandising & display standards. Familiar with store operation software: RSIM, BTS, Retalix, Price Check, Intrastore
熟悉商品促销和陈列标准。熟悉店铺软件：RSIM, BTS, Retalix ,Price Check , Intrastore。
3. Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service, strong communication and team management skill.
强烈的责任感，自信，有服务意识, 优秀的沟通协调技巧和团队管理经验。
4. College degree or above. Accepting the Beauty or product training, Diploma in Beauty is preferred.
