职位描述

Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement assembly and production line.
- Establish production systems and procedures in close relation to Logistics, Engineering, Quality and HR
- Responsible for organizing to set up and implement advanced quality plan and procedures, enclosed relationship with quality
- Responsible for making annual manpower, equipment, and manufacturing cost budget
- Coordinate with other departments to be able to plan, lead, organize and control available resources to satisfy customers' needs
- Train & develop production team in any manner to fulfill the requirements, i.e. assembly process time, continue improvements increasing the quality level, decreasing scrap rate, etc.
- Ensure the production environment safe and health for the operators
- Ensure that all product specifications and requirements for manufacturing lines are met, monitored, and continuously improved, through Advance Quality Planning (AQP) and the application of the IE concepts, in order to achieve defect-free products and on-time customer delivery.
- Responsible and supervision in Advance Quality Planning (AQP), Cost Saving Projects, Value
- Engineering and Value Analysis (VEVA); Process and system improvement; Quality Problem Resolution
- Responsible for; Maintenance
- Maintains continuous communications with internal and external customers to address requirements and concerns.
- Adherence to the TS16949 procedures through adherence to all applicable local procedures that require function and attention, as well as documentation of all procedures.
- Renders active support to the effective implementation of the Plant Quality System.


Education &Experience:
- B.S. Engineering Graduate or College degree.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in large companies with a leadership role in production function and Program and Engineering.
- Well versed in production management techniques.
- A mature individual with excellent communications skills, both in English and Mandarin
- Familiar in usage of ERP software applications
- Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
- Should be experienced in the needed quality systems
