-Manage monthly attendance and leave records;
-In charge of payroll process and prepare for monthly payroll accurately and efficiently;
-Responsible for social insurance and other mandatory benefit contribution and administration;
-Complete monthly Induvial Income tax claim and filling;
-Communicate with employees regarding standard benefits, tax and other payroll relevant questions or issue;
-Provide assistance for internal & external audits as regular basis;
-Conduct monthly payroll and labor cost reports;
-Involve in annual salary survey, job matching , HR system and other projects if any.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor and above degree;
-Around 1-2 years’ experience in C&B;
-Excellent Excel & PPT skill;
-Familiar with China local government regulations related to HR fields especially C&B.
