职位描述：
1. Assist sales person to finish any request from customer, such as customer’s PO booking, and delivery feedback and following, shipping, payment invoice issuing and customer visiting etc.
2. Internal coordinating and communication when get customer’s delivery urgent request.
3. Handling customer complaint, and transmit the quality issue to quality depart in time if necessary; communicate with customer/sales directly for any problem happened internally for order executing;
4. Update data is system or customer files in time;
5. Collect all kinds of data reports to manager or sales persons as required;
6. Other working if required temporarily.
任职要求：
1. College education in English, trading or Science
2. Good command of English, computer, communication and learning skills.
3. 1 year customer service working experience with sales team and Production.
4. Good interpersonal communication skill
5. Be a good team player.
