职位描述：
1. Bachelor from 211/985 universities is an advantage, Major in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of experience
3. Strong at Mechanism design and calculation, hands-on experience at gear design is plus
4. Must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills.
5. Familiar with product design and manufacturing process review
6. Familiar with plastic and metal raw material selection, injection molding, metal fabrication is plus
7. Familiar with engineering tools such as FMEA, GD&T, SPC, FAI, DOE is plus
8. Familiar with product specification, testing requirement is plus
9. Proficiency with 3D software such as Pro/E, UG or Solid Works.
10. Must have strong leadership, result orientated.
11. Must have email and report writing skills
12. Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
