Responsibilities:

Job Aim

? Responsible for leading, developing, managing and supervising the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) functions. The FRM functions include Loss Prevention Management (LPM), Fraud Risk Management and e-Fraud Management
? Responsible for the overall implementation of Group Security policies and Shrinkage Reduction (SR) strategies to ensure consistencies in practices and for the overall protection of profit, company reputation and the high integrity of operations
? Leads and/or directs investigations relating to alleged losses, fraud, corruption, or violations of the company ethics and integrity policy
? Provides assistance to Group Security teams for all investigations
? Develops, enhance and drives national risk-based shrinkage reduction, fraud and loss prevention strategies tailored to individual stores/business units, area and city – including enforcement of shrinkage reduction programs; loss, suspicious sales transactions, IntelliQ reports and fraud investigations; procurement fraud, supplier and business partners checking, business conduct and integrity investigations
? Prepares management information, metrics, risk and trend analysis reports
Key Accountabilities
? Protection of profit, company reputation and high integrity of operations by stopping losses and proactively monitoring and mitigating loss, corruption and relevant risk events
? Implementation of Group Investigation Policy for mitigating external/internal fraud risks
? Enhancement of the company’s FRM and SR analytics, assessment and detection capabilities by developing effective and practical investigation and reviews processes
? Overall development and management of security management system
? Effective deployment of resources to conduct suppliers and business partners integrity checks and investigations process; pre-employment screening for staff and contractor vetting
? Loss prevention and staff awareness training programmes are delivered to stores, businesses units and partners in an effective and timely manner
? Implementation and communication of Group Security Policies and Shrinkage Reduction programs
? Development and maintenance of WTCCN Security processes, guidelines and operation manuals in compliance to Group Security Policies
? Ensure the consistent delivery of cost-effective security solutions, superior security services and products to prevent fraud, stop losses and reduce shrinkage
? Fostering strong partnerships with Operations, IA, IT, HR, Finance, relevant business units and partners 举报 分享
