职位描述
任职要求：
1、 计算机或相关专业，全日制本科以上学历，三年开发经验（硕士一年以上）
2、 具备良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神,能适应较大的工作压力
3、 熟悉B/S开发模式和.NET框架，熟练使用VS.NET 2005，2010、VSS等工具
4、 掌握面向对象程序设计技术及应用，有良好的面向对象概念
5、 至少1年的B/S结构的软件项目设计和开发经验（ASP.NET），熟悉AJAX，XML, DHTML, JavaScript, JSON, Prototype, Closure 等相关技术
6、 熟练掌握ASP.NET 2.x（C#）、3.0(3.5)、4.0，两年以上.NET实际开发经验
7、 熟悉SQL Server数据库，熟练使用SQL语言，掌握并能独立编写存储过程
8、 有良好、规范的编程习惯和文档编写习惯
9、 熟悉ERWIN或Power Designer优先
10、具有服务器通讯开发经验优先
11、具备良好的英文能力

1、 参与需求讨论，设计与开发
2、 能按时、按计划完成项目经理安排的开发任务
3、 解决开发过程中相关技术问题
