Job Description:
1. 原材料和产品情报：协助市场营销经理和其他销售公司管理层收集和整理国内和亚洲区域的丁二烯、苯乙烯、顺丁橡胶、SBS等有关原材料和橡胶产品的价格信息；
Raw Materials & Products Intelligence: support the Marketing Manager and other CJV executives to collect and process the price information of feedstock and rubber products like BD, SM, PBR, SBS etc. in China and Asia;
2. 客户和竞争情报：和我们的经销商、客户和潜在客户联系，协助市场营销经理和其他销售公司管理层收集和整理国内和亚洲地区有关竞争对手橡胶产品的价格技术信息，和下游应用市场的主要情况；
Clients & Competition Intelligence: contact our distributors, clients and potential clients, support the Marketing Manager and other CJV executives to collect and process the price and technology information of the rubber products from our competitors, and the situation of the downstream application markets in China and Asia;
3. 市场沟通：协助市场营销经理制定并执行市场沟通策略和计划，包括组织线上网络推广，组织展会、研讨会等线下推广活动，组织营销资料的设计、内容和制作，参加行业协会等；
Market Communication: support the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing communication strategy and plan, including organizing the on-line cyber promotion, preparing the exhibition, seminar and other off-line promotion activities, coordinating the design, content and production of promotion materials, and attending industry associations etc.;
4. 企业形象：协助市场营销经理维护并完善品牌、公司及其股东的形象，执行相关公司风格指引手册，定期进行客户满意度调查；
Company Image: support the Marketing Manager to maintain and improve the images of the brand, corporate and its shareholders, execute relevant corporate Style Guidance, and carry out the client satisfaction survey in a regular basis;
5. 协助市场营销经理与戴纳索欧洲和美洲的市场营销人员就上述工作进行沟通，要求支持，协调工作等。
Support the Marketing Manager in the communication with the marketing counterparts in Europe and America of Dynasol, asking for support and work coordination etc.

6 本科学士学位，商务、市场营销和沟通专业为佳；
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent;
7 3年以上市场营销/沟通工作经验，有B2B化工行业经验优先；
> 3 years professional experience in Marketing/Communication field, better in B2B chemical sector;
8 很好的书面和口头中英文沟通能力；
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
9 优秀的组织能力，能胜任多任务、时间压力大和工作强度高的工作（包括出差）；
Exceptional organizational abilities and be capable of successfully handling multiple projects, shifting deadlines and large workloads (including travelling);
10 能很快掌握技术和行业知识，有较强的分析能力；
Fast learner of technical and industrial knowledge, strong analysis capability;
11 有很强的演示文件和其他微软办公软件的使用能力；
Strong PPT and other MS software skills;
12 有实际管理印刷或其他类似供应商以及图形设计师工作的能力。
Proven ability to manage print and various other marketing-related vendors and contractors as well as other graphic designers.
