职位描述
1.1 To plan, Direct, control, and coordinate the operations and activities of the housekeeping dept and related departments.
计划、指导、控制、协调客房部以及与其它相关部门的运营活动。
1.2 To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained entire hotel, also assure that all staffs provide service, efficiency, and courtesy are extended to all guest and related other departments.
确保酒店内保持高水准的清洁及服务质量,同时保证员工能够向所有客人及酒店其它相关部门提供高效、一流的服务。
1.3 To operate the Housekeeping and Laundry Dept in such a manner that you are accountable for the budget, cost control and assure that the rooms and related revenues are maximized.
在客房部及洗衣房的运营中,应当把加强预算、成本控制、确保收入的最大化,视为自身的职责。
1.4 To maintain a high level management way in the lobby, rooms and public areas of the hotel and ensure good interpersonal relationship are present at all time.
在酒店的大堂、房间及公共场合体现出高水平的管理方式。在任何时间要显示出良好的人际关系。
1.5 Commitment to teach and train all subordinates staff all related skills in order to function properly in their present positions, and also for long term advancement and promotions.
培训所有下属员工相关的工作技能,确保员工能够胜任现有的工作岗位,为员工的长期发展及提升打好基础。
2.Duties & Responsibilities/工作任务及职责:
2.1 To provide direction and coordination for the following sub department of Housekeeping, such as Laundry, Linen&Uniform room, Rooms etc.
指导并协调客房部下列从属部门:洗衣房、布草房&制服房、房间等等。
2.2 To ensure that entire department interior the communication and the exchange to maintain the highest working efficiency, achieves the guest biggest degree of satisfaction.
确保整个部门内部之间的沟通及交流,以保持最高的工作效率,达到客人最大的满意度。
2.3 To assure that keep cost of running all related departments to a minimum and maximizing departmental profit.
确保相关部门成本运营的最小化,实现部门利润的最大化。
2.4 Hold regular meetings within dept to assure proper communication. Direction and create an encouraging environment for staff to continue in their development.
定期召开部门内部会议,保证适当的沟通。指导并创造良好的环境,激励员工寻求自身的发展。
2.5 Assure that all sections are conducting regular training sessions for all staff to continue their development and improving their skills.
定期召开培训会议,确保员工的发展、提高员工的工作技能。
2.6 Attends Department Head meeting and other related sessions to know event in other departments, and feed back the information to the Laundry, floor supervisors and staff.
参加部门领导会议及其它相关例会,保证及时知晓酒店其它部门的信息,并向洗衣房、楼层主管和员工反馈有关信息。
2.7 Responsible for appraisals of all supervisory staff and middle management staff within the Housekeeping Dept, simultaneity responsible to assure proper and quality appraisals are completed by supervisors and middle management for all housekeeping staff.
为客房部所有高级及中级管理人员进行评估。同时对高级及中级管理人员对客房部的所有员工评估的质量及准确性负有责任。
2.8 Constantly looking for ways to improve or enhance the service level, working together with department to formulate the plan and implement.
不断寻求提高部门服务水平的途径,与部门共同制定计划并予以实施。
【任职要求】
(2)5年以上五星级酒店同等职务工作经验,具有国际知名品牌五星级酒店同等职务工作经验者优先;
(3)英文良好;
(4)具有较强的组织能力、沟通能力、管理能力。
2.9 Assure all training profiles, SPI, Job Descriptions are updated and current for all Housekeeping and Laundry sections.
确保客房部及洗衣部所有培训方案、工作程序、工作描述的现时更新。
2.10 Good communication and relationship with all other department heads and staff.
保持与其它部门领导及员工的良好的沟通及合作关系。
2.11 To ensure all VIP rooms are well prepared and are given proper service and attention when needed.
随时准备好贵宾的房间,并随时提供良好的服务。
2.12 Be able and prepared to step into any position in the Housekeeping at busy times.
工作高峰时期,能够且随时准备胜任客房部的任何岗位。
2.13 To ensure both complaints and comments are handled in a diplomatic and professional manner and accept constructive feedback as a basis to improve systems and procedures with the department.
能够以外交及职业的方式处理投诉及意见。接受具有建设性的反馈,以改善部门的体系和工作程序。
2.14 To train and assure all members of the housekeeping and Laundry are skilled in handling cases of emergency situation and aware of the responsibility in the event of emergency.
培训并确保客房部所有成员能够熟练处理紧急事态,并充分意识自身在任何紧急事件中的职责。
2.15 To work closely with the Front Office Department to ensure that proper communication and team work are in good order, to assure all of our guests are provided the highest service level.
与前厅部保持良好的沟通及团队合作精神,以确保为酒店客人提供最高水平的服务。
2.16 Maintain the highest standards of courtesy, friendliness and personal behavior when dealing with guest and fellow staff's event.
在处理客人与员工之间的事件时,要保持谦恭、友好的举止。
2.17 To ensure housekeeping all staffs be able to maintain neatly, appropriate and the best image.
确保客房部所有员工都能够保持整洁、得体、最好的形象。
2.18 To ensure that all Housekeeping and Laundry inventory are updated, orders if necessary.
保证客房部及洗衣房的存货的现时更新,如有需要,予以定购。
2.19 Increase the English level and can handle freely.
提高英语水平并能够运用自如。
2.20 Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, familiarize with all aspects of fire, safety, security and hygiene standards, maintain a close working relationship with other departments and carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by General Manager.
保持得体的举止,熟知所有消防、安全、卫生规则,与其他部门保持紧密的工作关系及执行总经理规定的所有的义务与职责。
