职责概述
? Control the in & out hotel personnel and merchandise and the management of departmental keys.
负责通道出入酒店人员、物品的控制管理,负责常用的钥匙管理。
? Maintain the order of the gate, ensure the safety of the vehicles.
维护大门秩序,保障车辆安全进出,确保客人车辆安全。
? Regular routine patrols should be conducted throughout the shift, avoid catching too much attention of guests and cover all areas of the hotel as per patrolling checklist.
在当班期间应按规定路线以不易引人注意的方式进行巡视。要求按照巡视检查表中的各项内容对饭店的各个
区域进行巡查。
? Responsible for use adjusts the monitor and fire alarm machine.
负责调试、操作监控电视、消防报警主机
? Maintain the order & Safety of Lobby to provide quality guest service
维护大厅的正常秩序及大厅的安全,为客人提供优质服务
Main responsibilities
主要职责
负责维护大厅秩序,保证宾客顺利、安全进出
? Contributes to guests' sense of well being, establishing a lasting and trusting relationship.
给客人以健康,稳重和信任的感觉
? Observe the guests, politely ask them for identity, for in house transient visitors and guests, guide them properly.
观察进出人员,并礼貌地询问,问明是住店、消费、来访的人员查实后给予指引;
? Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers; puts them in contact with the appropriate people if necessary.
为客人提供所需的信息,必要时为他们引见相关人员
? Monitor guests Luggage for any lost items, contact HSKP Center right away
注意监护客人的行李,发现客人遗留、丢失的物品,要及时寻找失主或上交客房中心;
? Handles any customer problems as required.
在必要时,为客人解决困难
? Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
所有在工作期间发生的事故,投诉等必须记录在酒店部门的流程日志上面,如果有必要的话必须及时向有关部
门并采取相应的对应措施。
? To be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the hotel, and ensure that at all times in all area of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.
明白并了解酒店的规章制度和政策,确保酒店在任何时候都严格遵守。
? To be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.
明白并了解酒店火灾和其他紧急情况的应对措施以及部门对紧急情况的处理责任。
? Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
遵照并严格执行雅高集团和酒店的规章制度和政策,为了更好的确保高水平和规范的宾客服务。
? Performs special duties as required by the Security Supervisor
遵守并完成由酒店保安主管下达的工作要求。
? Participate in providing and receiving constructive criticism with regards to the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest service.
参与并接受有关部门及酒店整体发展的建设性意见,然后更好有效地提高酒店的宾客服务。
