Essential Function 1: Technical lead role in PDP and BED phase

1. Work with techonolgy team to define a comprehensive technology package.

2. Develop process design package with Process description, Process Flow Diagram, Equipment list and etc.

3. Provide technical input to other discipline engineers, like piping, mechanical, process control

4. Key contributor in HazOp review and ensure incorporation of review comments to process engineering design

Essential Function 2: Technical lead role in DED phase

1. Detail Engineering Supervision

2. Preparation of tendering documents

3. Clarification meetings with all vendors for process design basis

Essential Function 3: Technical lead role in construction phase

1. Provide technical answers to consturction query

2. Clarification and control of specifications and material supply

3. commissioning and start-up support to operation team

Essential Function 4: Technical lead role in continuous support of existing production

1. Support each manufacturing stie to address process related issues.

2. Provide technical solution to each manufacturing site for ESHA compliance issues, like WW, off-gas.

Requirements:

Education: graduate engineer in the field of chemical process engineering discipline
