Job Description:

Essential Function 1:Support Sales Team

1.Coordinate documents required for bidding by CN02 and/or CH73:

2.Create SAP PR and manage Goods Receipt; Arrange pre-payment. Create Vendor.

3. Coordinate Sales Head's visits/meetings/business trips with colleagues / peer segnments and or customers.

4.Assist maintenance of Sales forecast system.

5.Assist CRM usage

Essential Function 2:Sales administrative functions

1.Coordinate and organize Business/Market segment(s) events, seminar; conference as required:

2.Office supply order: Coordinate Marketing Giveaway order and management giveaway and stanationary stock.

3. Provide administrative support to the sales team and incoming visitors.

4.Maintain and update sharepoint(s) and document filing system

Essential Function 3:Liase with Global Sales colleagues

1.Coordinating internal meetings / workshops/ trainings

2.Hotel and logistics (car rental) of visitors3. Support Sales customers visits preparation

Requirement:

Education: Degree or equivalent in a relevant administrative discipline

Business experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an office administration role

Additional Qualifications: Good standard of English, Experience working in a multi cultural environment, SAP/CRM knowledge
