Purpose of Job: Contribute to and execute market segment strategy for assigned China terriories in specified segment - Packaging; drive above market sales growth; apply a systematic customer sales management process and full use of CRM in developing a highly professional and effective sales team

Develop market segment strategy
1. To take part in achieving annual sales target
2. Establish positive relationship with customers & provide completed & timely services

Grow and deliver project pipeline
1. To conduct market research & report on time to supervision level
2. To develop new customers, new product for the market as according to the company's marketing strategy

Build a highly professional and effective sales segment organization

Realize profitable sales growth


Education:
Degree in chemistry, plastics, or similar field

Business experience:
1.Long experience in MB and/or customer segment industry; successful sales development record Experience in MB and/or customer segment industry; successful sales development record
2.High ability and experience in leading and motivating own subordinates in a structured sales process Leadership experience from leading a small team formally or informally
3.Cooperative mindset with peers and other stakeholders in the organization, especially with marketing and technical.
