职位描述：
协同供应链经理制定并执行公司的物流策略，有效控制的运输及库存成本；监督、管理、落实团队工作，培训下属人员；确保库存安全准确； 确保公司产品按时送达客户；协调与相关部门的工作，确保日常操作顺畅。Collaborative supply chain manager to develop and implement the strategy of logistics company, transportation and inventory cost control; supervision and management and implementation of team work, training to subordinate staffs; to ensure accuracy and safety of inventory; to ensure LND products must be delivered to customers on time; coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the daily operation smoothly.

1. 根据销售及生产计划，按月/周/日编制包括运输及库存的物流计划，提高配送效率，节约物流成本；
    According to the sales and production plan, prepare monthly / weekly / daily logistics plan including the transportation and inventory, save the logistics cost, improve the distribution efficiency;
2. 优化、监督配载模式，确保货物安全，最大化利用荷载空间，节约物流成本；
    Optimize and monitor loading mode, to ensure the safety of the goods, to maximize use of space load for saving cost of logistics;
3. 掌握实时运输、库存情况，及时处理异常情况；
    Master the real-time transportation and inventory condition, timely handle abnormal situation;
4. 根据库存情况，及时协调销售与生产，确保销售订单能及时合理交货；
     Coordinate the sales and production in time according to stock situation, to ensure that the sales order can be delivered in a timely by reasonable manner;
5. 定期组织内外仓的原材料及成品盘点，确保库存准确；
     Regularly organize stock taking of raw materials and finished goods inventory for internal and external warehouse, to ensure the accuracy of inventory;
6.建立和健全物流供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系，制定物流管理体系及管理决策；
     Establish and perfect the development, maintenance, follow up and evaluation system, make the logistics management system and management decision;
7. 审核各类业务报表；
   Review all kinds of business forms;
8. 定期编制、执行分析和动态物流的预算和费用，善于利用行业信息及新方式降低成本。
    Periodic preparation, execution analysis and dynamic logistics budget and cost, good at using industry information and new ways to reduce costs.
9.提升物流团队能力，确保供物流运作规范、高效；
   Improve the ability of logistic team to ensure the logistics operation standard and efficient;
10.服从上级工作安排并完成交代的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
"1. 大学本科及以上学历。
   University degree or above."
"2. 具有5年以上仓库管理及运输管理工作经验。
    Having at least 5 years of warehousing management and shipment menagement experience."
"3. 熟悉车辆调度及国内运输成本。
   Rich experience of shipment planing and well know domestics shipment cost."
"4. 出色的沟通能力（书面及口语）。
     Excellent communication skills at all levels (written & verbal)."
"5. 有在压力下工作的能力。
     Ability to work under pressure。"
"6. English level: Medium (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
   英语水平: 中等以上（听、说、读、写）"
