工作职责：
1． 按照要求对贷款申请人进行家访实地调查，对涉及企业进行企业实地调查；
2． 通过与贷款申请人的访谈和实地调查，分析贷款申请人资信条件，撰写调查报告；
3． 核实贷款申请人资料的齐全性与真实性。

任职资格：
1． 大专学历，一年以上的工作经验，财经、金融、营销、管理类专业；
2． 相貌端正，普通话标准，言语流利；
3． 乐观正直，责任心强，吃苦耐劳，工作态度积极，有较强的应变能力。
