Job Responsibilities:
? To work as a bridge, facilitating communication between HQ and newly acquired company.
? To work with external DD firm to finalize tax and accounting issues, as well as follow-up to resolve the issues in newly acquired company.
? Working with HQ finance department, local General Manager, as well as finance manager and functional head, to review and improve local process according to Rexel Global and China requirement in newly acquired company
? Working with local finance manager to implement Rexel Global and China accounting & tax policy, reporting and internal control requirement in newly acquired company
? To support HQ IT and local team to implement ERP system in newly acquired company
? To coach and mentor subordinates in accounting related areas
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
? Minimum 8 years of experience in senior accounting position
? Integration experience, or experience working in local/SOE entities.
