职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Lead the Finance Department in Beijing in managing all of the finance & accounting activities of the Company.
？ Lead the Finance Department to deliver financial reports which are in accordance with the statutory requirements of China Mainland and the requirement for group reporting.
？ Provide management information for analyzing business performance, internal control and improvement
？ Drive the Company financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, and analyze the actual performance.
？ Maintain and improve accounting system, procedure and process.
？ Work with auditors to complete annual audit and the consolidation report required by head office.
？ Coordinate with the tax bureau to smoothly deal with all tax issues.
？ Work with company credit management team on monitoring accounts receivable and inventory
？ Conduct financial projects which are directed by China head office and from local management, working with external consultants when necessary.
？ Lead, manage, train and coach the staff in Finance Department.
？ Ensure the overall financial integrity, internal control and compliances.

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance
？ Qualified Accountant with at least eight years experience
？ Have a good working knowledge of PRC tax law, PRC GAAP IAS and IFRS.
？ More than 6 years experience in multinational company and experience in cost accounting / cost control is preferred.
？ With leadership capability and experience of managing a team
？ Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
？ Good knowledge of ERP accounting systems and applications 举报 分享
