Responsibilities
Responsible for Sales Support & Logistics Service including:
- Customer order recording, pro-active management of customer stocks & communication to customers of all terms in order, e.g. package, payments terms, ETA and so on.
- Arrange order delivery to customer & following the delivery status.
- Work independently as a main contact window to logistics supplier.
- Actively discussing with Sales department on process and service level improvements.
- Cross check the contents of customer's PO, inculding model, qty, unit price and so on, for preparation of invoicing.
- Support accountant for pushing overdue payment of customers.
Qualification Requirement
- Collage degree or above.
- Have working experience (min 2 years) in customer service, demand planning, and/or logistics related function.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong team player, outgoing, pro-active, patient, flexible, able to work under pressure and independently.
