1. Release recruitment advertisement according to the company needs.
根据公司需要，发布人员招聘信息
2. Responsible for resume screening, tel. interviews and register resume information
负责筛选简历、电话面试并统计简历信息
3. Arrange face-to-face interviews: coordinate the interview time with department Manager, and send the interview schedule to the department Manager.
安排面试：与部门经理协调面试时间，并将面试排程发送至部门经理。
4. Process hiring procedure.
办理入职手续
5. Organize and archive files of hiring.
入职档案的整理和归档
6. Update personal information of employees in time.
及时更新员工基本信息表
7. Make attendance status
制作考勤统计：
8. Organize and archive the leave application update Holiday Registeration
整理归档请假单更新休假登记
9. Re-check Attendance Status of Staff of branch factory
复核分公司员工考勤统计
10. Claiming expenses status of commercial insurance, and check claiming expenses according to the staffs’ signature.
商业保险报销费用统计，并根据员工签字核实报销费用。
11. Solve computer problems for staffs; if can’t solve, call to ask IT guys for help; if still can’t solve, ask IT guys to come the company to solve the problems.
解决员工计算机问题；如不能解决，打电话咨询IT人员；如仍不能解决，请IT人员到本公司来解决。
12. Assist to update driver’s schedule
协助更新司机日程表
13. Air Ticket booking.
机票预订
14. CSR relevant matters
企业社会责任相关事宜
15. Assist supervisor to deal with other daily works
协助上级处理其他日常事务
Requirement 要求：
1. College or above, intern or just graduated is also OK , garment working experience in is preferred.
大专及以上学历，实习生或应届生亦可，有服装行业工作经验者优先考虑
2. Well organized, strong learning ability and good communication skill and good teamwork sense.
做事有条理，学习能力强，良好的交际能力与团队合作精神
3. Strong responsibility, carefulness, good computer skills.
有责任心，细心，电脑操作熟练
4. Basic English abilitys is an advantage.
