PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1.Inspect execution of bio-security system in hatchery and implementation of all rules and regulations and keep records.

检查和执行孵化场生物安全制度并保存记录.

2.Hatching eggs delivery and set plan, DOC production.

种蛋调孵与入孵计划的制定,苗鸡预测.

3.Post division, supervise workers to operate according to procedures and technical index.

岗位分工,检查员工对各项操作规程和技术指标的执行情况

4.Equipment running status checking, make sure it running according to production standard.

设备运行情况检查,确保其正常运行.

5.Vaccination supervision.

免疫效果的监督.

6.Staff operation skills training.

员工操作技能培训.

7.Breakout analysis and live embryo test.

打蛋分析与啄壳活胚检查.

8.Statement statistics and analysis the hatch result, then inform the assistant manager.

报表统计并分析统计结果,向孵化助理经理汇报.

REQUIREMENTS任职要求:

Education学历要求：At least bachelor degree and major in animal science or animal medication

动物科学/动物医学相关专业，专科及以上

Experience 工作经验: At least 1 year working in poultry business with sufficient hatchery management experience

1年及以上，有丰富的孵化场管理经验

Languages 语言: Mandarin(普通话)

Other Skills 其他技能要求: Be skilled at computer. 电脑熟练

Jiangsu Tyson Foods Co., Ltd was founded in 2008 in Haimen. Jiangsu focused on providing fresh and frozen products for Shanghai and East China fast food and retail industry. Jiangsu Tyson as a new integrated production base, slaughter nearly one million chickens per week. It provides safe source of high-quality chicken with its own feed stuff factory. The total investment will reach $ 90 million. Products primarily will be sold to one hundred thirty-nine million consumers in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang through retail channels.
