JOB DESCRIPTION
Site: NANTONG
Title of Position : Mfg engineer
Department : Engineering
Reports To : Engineering Manager
POSITION SUMMARY : （职 务 概 述）
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: （ 主 要 工 作 内 容、 岗 位 职 责）
1. Participate in project implementation team
2. Define the bill of materials (BOM) and bill of process (BOP)
3. Coordinate the data entry and update of the MFG Pro ERP system timely
4. Lead an project implementation team to try run the new project till it is successfully implemented
5. Define the criteria for tools modification
6. Establish and improve the process standard cycle time to meet the product quality requirements
7. Establish the manufacturing procedures, process follow chart and work instructions
8. Conduct effective product process training for operators
9. Review the production processes to implement the continue process improvement for cost reduction
10. Provide guidance to FM technician for machine maintenance to meet the product quality spec.
11. Support any production ramp up activity
12. Compile technical information for new machine/equipment purchasing
13. Participate in supplier selection

- Degree in machining, mechanical, engineering or related.

-Experience of process layout and know the machining(CNC), injection, welding and so on,
-Be able to lead and plan the implementation of projects,
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
-3+ years experience in the manufacturing environment,
