SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Liaise between the customer and the center of competence EAAP (in some cases the plant). Identifies customer needs for future and current projects providing all the necessary information for Product Design and other areas during the quotation process and through program development after takeover from competence center EAAP. Assist sales team for technical support to customer.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

? Responsible to communicate to the customer, internally and externally, the project milestones;
? Establish the program timing plan based on customer requirements together with competence center EAAP, deploy the activities internally and follow up them to assure the customer milestones are accomplished;
? Perform technical negotiations and support Sales team during commercial negotiations;
? Responsible for supporting the pre-launch activities at the customer location if necessary;
? Participate on failure analysis in case of field and/or development testing and to support root causes and corrective actions in process when needed;
? Supports, if necessary, Advanced Quality in PPAP submission activities with the customer;
? Supports Product Design Engineering Responsible for Process Engineering on product design and process change request to customers;
? Supports customer and governmental specification analysis;
? Responsible for issuing, getting approval and deploying to the plant the DV and PV testing plan and summarize the test results to be present to the customer (DVP & DVP&R);
