职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for creating and modifying operation procedures for kinds of electrical equipment / facilities, training and guiding technicians' implementation effectively.负责建立并修改各种电气设备/设施的操作规程，培训并指导技术员有效执行。
2、Make electrical equipment / facilities maintenance plan and supervise the implementation of technicans according to the the plan, and kept them in good maintenance and operation effectively, including the 110KV substation, 6KV main substation, high-low voltage switch equipment, transformers, frequency , motor, packing lines, etc.制定并监督执行电气设备/设施的维修保养计划，督促技术人员按照计划执行，使其处于良好的维护和有效的运行，包括110KV总变电站、6KV主变电所、高低压开关设备、变压器、变频器、电动机、包装线，等等。
3、Ensure company electrical equipment accord with nationl energy policy.确保公司用电设备符合国家能源政策。
4、Train technicians the relevant knowledge, experience and skills, and evaluate the results of training.培训传授技术员相关的知识、经验和技能，并评估其培训结果。
5、Responsible for and involved in equipment accident / failure investigation and analysis, develop and implement improvement plans and measures continuously.负责并参与设备事故/故障的调查分析，拟定并落实持续改进计划和整改措施。
6、Responsible for making the improvement program of technical equipment and facilities , solving the technical problems of equipment , improving equipment reliability and operation efficiency continuously.负责制定设备及设施技术改进方案，解决设备的技术难题，不断地提高设备的可靠性及运作效率。
7、Responsible for the management of contractors, evaluating the performance of the contractor's safety, quality and delivery date.负责承包商的管理，对承包商的安全，质量及交期等绩效进行评估。
8、Manage equipment, spare parts, according to the technical requirements to improve the situation, responsible for the quality of spare parts.管理设备的备品备件，根据技术要求不断改进备品状况，对备品质量负责。
9、Develop and implement the annual overhaul plan in &#8203；&#8203；responsibility area, ensure achieving quality, safety and delivery targets.制定并执行所负责区域的年度大修计划，确保所负责区域达成质量，安全及交期目标。
10、Finish other tasks assigned by section mananger.完成课长安排的其他任务 。

Qualification:
 1、College and above 大专及以上学历。
2、Industrial electrical automation and electrical engineering.工业电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业。
3、Related electric equipment maintenance training. 接受过相关电气设备维护培训。
4、Familiar with electricity, electrical national standards and industry standards, have operation and management experience of 110KV substation；Has experiences in automated packaging lines, imens and the Mitsubishi series PLC programming, PLC troubleshooting , the process of maintenance, has maintenance management precursory experience preventive maintenance,and strong troubleshooting ability, and Downtime resolved analysis ability (RCFA).Understand basic knowledge of energy management.熟悉电力、电气类国家标准和行业标准，对110KV变电所运行及管理有经验；对自动化包装线、imens及Mitsubishi系列PLC编程，对PLC故障诊断有经验，对维修工作流程、预防性维修及前兆性维修管理有经验，较强的解决troubleshooting的能力和Downtime分析能力（RCFA)，了解能源管理基本知识。
5、5 years or above experience in electrical maintenance work, including more than 3 years experience in chemical industry.5年及以上电气维护工作经验，其中3年以上化工行业相关经验。
6、Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking.良好英语读、写、听、说能力。
7、Good capability of communication,coordination and implement.良好的沟通能力、协调能力、执行能力。
