◆协助人事主管构建薪酬福利、绩效考核体系并开展公司员工绩效考核工作，在人事主管领导下负责公司员工社保管理工作以及劳动关系（异动、入职、离职、转岗等）及档案管理工作。
◆协助人事主管构建招聘、培训管理体系：招聘培训管理流程、面试官队伍、培训师资构建。
◆在人事主管领导下负责公司人才招聘录用工作：招聘渠道建立、招聘效果评估、录用审批手续办理。
◆在人事主管领导下负责公司人力资源开发与培养：培训计划、培训评估、培训师资。
◆协助人事主管编制公司人事相关文件：岗位说明书等。
技能技巧:
◆有人力资源项目规划和实施经验；
◆熟悉国家相关法律法规；
◆熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程；
◆人力资源管理理论基础扎实；
