职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Order entry/Processing sales orders; working with sales dept, Work with MRP planning, push production, push account receivable from customers
* Responding to sales forecast commitments with customers
* Coordinate and ensure proper delivery of sales orders with outside warehouse
* Coordinating shipping prices and schedule with logistic companies
* Respond to customer’s forecast by coordinating with headquarters on shipments
* Follow-up with disputes with customer and shipper
* Coordinate with freight forwarder, trucking companies to process shipments and follow up to ensure on-time deliveries
* Participate and active communicate in weekly customer conference call (some outside normal work hours)

Skills and Requirements:
* Min.1 year experience from similar job. work experience from Mech. manufacturing company/Applicance is strong advantage
* Able to talk English freely by phone and email
* Able to deal with foreign customer directly
* Able to follow up and push delivery, production, customers.
* Demonstrated ability to work with multiple tasks &
* Willingness to continue learning new things
* Friendly, cheerful telephone manner with a strong sense of customer satisfaction
* Must be organized, able to multi-task and work independently once trained
* Have a sense of urgency
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
