职位描述：
Role of Finance Manager:
- Manage revenue and related expense reporting for one Business Unit, thereby ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary to BU leaders.
- Understand business/economic/environmental drivers of Actual results versus Operating Plan and Forecast.
- Ensure financial planning processes for revenue and direct expenses – strategically capture, carefully estimate and skillfully communicate business impacting events.
- Anticipate changes, seek better practices and contribute to the company as a whole to be successful in its aims.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage & Support all BU revenue and cost analysis, market and order inflow analysis etc, expense-reporting, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of figures, analysis and comments. Ensure all local, regional and corporate reporting for BU is completed accurately and on-time as directed.
- Ensure delivery in line with Business Plan, raising red flags well In advance
- Keeping a track of industry & trends, advice on forthcoming possibility
- Business and Capacities - Support BU in pursuit of financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.
- Co-ordinate and support any allocations/cost share between BU’s within market or above market. Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies and best practices.
- Supports Sales & Operation planning, and demand planning.
- Ensures the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Business Plans
- Support the enhancement and compliance of Business controlling processes, standards and systems.
- Communicate, discuss and challenge aspects that will impact Business. Prepare and present at BU related meetings where Business input/commentary is required/requested.
- Attend -as requested- Regional BU related Business meeting. Own, manage and complete Business information requests from Regional/Corporate BU organizations.
- Ensures and drives cash generation as per business plan.
- Ensures development of team to handle larger responsibilities.
Job Requirement.
- Indian.
- CA / ICWA / MBA Finance/ CFA with atleast 5 years experience..... preferably bachelor.
