职位描述：
Role Title: Project Manager
Market/Business Area: MacGregor AOS, China
Division: AOS
Location: Shanghai or Taicang (TBD)

Description of the role:
- Work closely with AOS project managers towards Chinese customers under leadership of responsible AOS project manager from head office
- Accountable for timely and accurate communication between head office project manager and Chinese stakeholders
- Act locally to help the projects meet the goal of delivering on time, within budget and within scope.
- Full compliance with MacGregor Code of Conduct
- Ensure that your tasks comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS), the local QEHS System and QEHS rules and requirements
- Reporting personal matters to Head of AOS China
- Reporting professional matters to Director Projects, AOS

Key tasks:
- Proactive customer contact during project execution
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate communication among external and internal stakeholders including translation of information between Chinese and English
- Provide cultural understanding in both directions
- Ensure customer meets the obligations as set out in the contract in conjunction with Project management and Legal/Finance.
- Close local monitoring for continuous risk management for project
- Reporting issues with impact on cost, quality or schedule to AOS head office project manager.
- Assist in claim handling when needed
- Host customers visiting our premises during project execution phase
- Organize visits to customers, suppliers or other external parties during project execution phase
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and culture of AOS
- Other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements:
Education
- Higher degree, preferably in the fields of engineering
- Lower degree may be compensated with relevant experience

 Experience
- Proven working experience in relevant business
- Proved good relations to main local customers
- Solid technical background or genuine technical interest/understanding

Competence
- Good judgement and common sense
- Excellent client-facing - and internal communication skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient in common IT tools
- Customer andbusiness minded
- Structured mind-set
