职位描述：
? 应用不同的分析技术（例如：液相、气相、滴定仪、核磁、红外和紫外）开发快速稳定的分析方法用于合成反应的监控、结构鉴定、识别和杂质分析。
Applying various analytical technologies (e.g. HPLC, GC, Titration, NMR, IR and UV) to develop fast and robust analytical methods for synthesis reaction monitoring, structural elucidation/identification and purity analysis.
? 遵守已经定义好的质量标准（GMP技术）进行方法验证、样品测试和放行，并且及时交付高质量的文件。
Follow defined quality standards (GMP technical) to perform method validation, sample testing and release with high quality documentation delivered in a timely manner.
? 对分析仪器和设备进行维护、校验和故障排查，同时在日常运行过程中，保持好的安全和质量方面的合规。
Perform maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments and equipment and keep daily operations in good SHE and quality compliance.
? 持续不断地改进内部流程和技术。
Be a proactive contributor to continuous improvement of internal processes and technical.
? 负责从其他生产基地转移分析方法，包括从开发到QC。
Be responsible for the analytical method transfer from other sites as well as from development to QC.
? 与QC部门建立紧密的协作。
Establish strong collaboration with QC department
? 代表分析开发部门在项目开发阶段作为客户的主要接口，做好检查和客户访问工作。
Represent the Analytical development department during inspections as well as customer visits. Act as main interface to customers during development projects.

? 博士学历，分析化学背景
PHD in analytical chemistry
? 5年以上在制药行业经验为优
5or more years of experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
? 流利的英语读写，口语流利为优，优秀的沟通表达能力。
Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred.
