职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.负责管理指定采购商品，确保最具竞争力的供应商以达到预定的目标
- Responsible for managing assigned procurement commodities, and ensuring the availability of the most competitive suppliers to meet set targets
2.开发，参与商品采购战略开发
- Developing/participating to the development of procurement commodities strategies
3.与销售及项目管理的同事保持紧密联系
- Working closely together with sales and customer project management colleagues
4.与公司内部成员分析需求及技术要求
- Reviewing demands and in-depth technical requirements with internal counterparties
5.分析供应商市场及趋势
- Analysing supplier markets and trends
6.寻找，开发及管理供应商现场评估及定期绩效管理
- Searching for, developing and managing suppliers, including supplier on-site assessments and regular performance management
7.管理关键供应商关系，负责指定供应商问题解决方案
- Managing key supplier relationships and being responsible for problem-solving with assigned suppliers
8.准备并开展合同及价格谈判，确保符合现有合同及协议
- Preparing and conducting/leading contract and price negotiations, and ensuring compliance to existing contracts and agreements
9.参与全球商品采购并主动与全球其他采购合同
- Participating in global procurement commodities and cooperating proactively with other buyers globally
10.参与跨部门合作确保内部要求与当前市场供应吻合， 标准化与商品采购战略保持一致
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure that the requirements of internal clients reflect current market offering, support standardization are in line with pursued procurement commodities strategies
11.处理采购单（依公司流程制作询价单以便获得报价，完善比价，发采购订单）及启动采购状态汇报
- Processing of purchase requisitions (making inquiries/RFQs to obtain offers, performing price comparisons, placing purchase orders in line with applicable approval procedures) and initiation of procurement transactions
12.对于确定的案件，依相关流程准备及发放采购订单，确保可靠的交货期并及时跟进
- For defined cases: preparation and issuing of purchase orders, using relevant processes； responsible for reliable delivery information and expediting

Knowledge & skill requirements：

1. Technical/commercial university degree (Bachelor or above) 技术，商务专业（本科及以上）
2. At least 5 year experience in strategic and tactical procurement, preferably in an international company 至少5年战略采购经验，适应跨国公司
3. Strong experience in procurement category management and supplier relationship management 丰富的类别管理及供应商关系管理经验
4. Experience in working cross-functionally and cross-culturally 跨部门及跨文化工作经验
5. Good negotiation and analysis skills 较好谈判分析能力
6. Experience in project Management and automobile industry 项目管理及汽车工业工作经验
7. Good SAP knowledge 熟练使用SAP
